About Chefouse:

Chefouse is building the future of food manufacturing through a fast-growing network of small-scale, high-efficiency food production units. We specialize in bakery, snacks, and FMCG products, delivering quality with consistency and innovation. Our production units are the heart of this mission.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Production Executive to manage the end-to-end production operations of our unit. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in FMCG food production, particularly in bakery items, and the ability to lead, coordinate, and execute daily production with precision.

This person will be responsible for ensuring timely production, quality compliance, raw material planning, labor coordination, and ERP data updates.

Key Responsibilities:Production Oversight

  • Supervise daily production across all lines, ensuring targets and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with chefs, laborers, and packing teams to execute plans efficiently
  • Monitor shift planning, output tracking, and production flow

Bakery Product Management

  • Oversee the production of cookies, snacks, and other bakery and food products
  • Maintain standardization in taste, texture, shelf life, and presentation
  • Troubleshoot issues in process or output quality as needed

Material Planning & Inventory

  • Work with procurement and factory management to ensure timely raw material availability
  • Track raw material usage, wastage, and update ERP/inventory systems accordingly
  • Maintain documentation of batch outputs and material consumption

Quality & Compliance

  • Coordinate with the QC team for hygiene, packing, and quality checks
  • Ensure adherence to ISO or internal production protocols
  • Maintain batch-wise and daily production logs

Team Supervision

  • Guide and manage line-level workers and support staff
  • Train new team members on SOPs, hygiene standards, and work discipline
  • Ensure safe, clean, and efficient shop floor practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG production
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in bakery production (cookies/snacks, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and team coordination
  • Proficient in production reporting, ERP use, and inventory documentation
  • Male candidates preferred due to mobility and shift responsibilities
  • Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler licenses required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
