About Chefhouse: Chefhouse is an emerging food innovation startup revolutionizing how chefs, customers, and curated suppliers connect. With a growing ecosystem and investor base, we are building scalable systems to drive transparency, efficiency, and exceptional brand trust across every stakeholder we serve. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls from stakeholders (investors, distributors, suppliers, and others). Ensure all calls are attended, responded to, or followed up within a defined timeframe . Maintain a daily log of all calls received, missed, returned, and escalated . Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, investor relations) to provide stakeholders with accurate updates. Handle concerns and escalate sensitive issues to the appropriate team/person with context. Ensure call recordings, summaries, and stakeholder feedback are updated regularly for review. Generate end-of-day call reports highlighting response rates, pending follow-ups, and escalations. Contribute to creating a professional, courteous, and stakeholder-friendly environment in line with the Chefouse brand. What’s Expected from You: 4-5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in client or customer-facing roles. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, respond, and build rapport with different types of external stakeholders. Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written). Highly organized with the ability to track, report, and follow up without supervision. Comfortable using or learning call logging/CRM software or call center platforms . A proactive attitude and calm demeanor, especially when handling complaints or time-sensitive concerns. Ability to work from the front office or coordination desk and represent the brand professionally.
