About the Role:

Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the

  end-to-end product lifecycle

  : from ideation and launch to post-launch enhancements.
• Develop a deep understanding of

  user needs, behaviors, and pain points

  , translating them into clear product strategies and actionable features.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams:

  engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders

  to drive product success.
• Define and monitor

  product success metrics

  through analytics, A/B testing, user research, and feedback loops.
• Create and maintain detailed

  Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

  , wireframes, user stories, and workflows.
• Prioritize product features and roadmap based on

  customer insights, business goals, and data-driven decisions

  .
• Present

  product vision, strategy, and progress

  to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and contribute to the development of

  junior product managers

  , fostering a strong product mindset and culture.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of total experience

  , with a minimum of

  7+ years in B2C product management.

• Proven track record of building and scaling

  digital platforms across web and mobile

  .
• Strong experience working in

  agile, fast-paced environments

  with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in tools such as

  Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, Figma, etc.

• Solid understanding of

  UX principles, customer journey mapping, and product experimentation.

• Exceptional

  analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and

  influence without direct authority.

• Educational background in

  Technology or Business; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Experience in

  travel, financial services, or e-commerce

  is an added advantage.
• Exposure to building products with

  scale, personalization, and complex transactions

  is highly desirable.
