Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key decision-makers (CPOs, Heads of Procurement).
• Manage the end-to-end sales journey, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Operations, Client Success, and Tech teams.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of 10–15 high-value enterprise accounts.
• Consistently meet/exceed revenue targets and close multi-million-dollar deals.
• Provide regular performance updates and market insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Education:

  MBA from a Tier 1 institute + Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Experience:

  7–10 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in industrial/consulting sectors.

• Background:

  Experience in manufacturing plant operations and consulting in supply chain/procurement.

• Skills:

• Proven sales record with large corporations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client handling experience at the CPO level.

• Soft Skills:

  High initiative, creativity, and ownership mindset.

• Tech Collaboration:

  Ability to work with Product & Technology teams to develop client-centric solutions.
