Role Overview

Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept, validation, and development to launch and iteration.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Develop and track key performance metrics to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
Champion user-centric design and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Required:

Proven experience in software product management and lifecycle ownership.
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work across multiple time zones, particularly overlapping with USA (PST) and India (IST).

Preferred:

Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive products.
Familiarity with regulated sectors (e.g., healthcare, fintech, pharma, insurance, or cyber).
Hands-on experience in customer research, strategic planning, and roadmap management.
Bonus: Experience building product prototypes using tools such as Lovable, Cursor, Replit, or similar low-code platforms.
