POSITION PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Head of CX & Digital New Value Asia, the Senior Product Manager is responsible to own the product life cycle, product roadmap keeping in view of business priorities and customer centricity while influencing product & business strategyAs Senior Product Manager, you ll own the full product lifecycle from insight to iteration to impact using fast loops, sharp prioritization, and evidence-led decision-making. You will play a key role to shape a new AgTech value engine from first principles, influence strategy across the venture, and build a product that delivers emotional confidence, economic value, and meaningful change at scale.You ll help take ideas from 0 1 scale, driving clarity, velocity, and momentum in a fast pace environment. You ll collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and agronomy to translate remote-sensing signals, crop models, and user-psychology insights into clear, high-impact experiences that speak to emotion first and guide rational behaviour next.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Own the product life cycle, product roadmap keeping in view of business priorities and customer centricity while influencing product & business strategy Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, user research, agronomy and product operations teams to build user-centric product with a high bar on quality Play key role in influencing direction of innovation for product taking into consideration desirability, feasibility and viability of the innovation roadmap. Design agent loops, define decision boundaries, and partner with engineering and data science to build AI that turn complex agronomic, remote sensing, and behavioural data into autonomous, emotionally intelligent digital experiences for farmers and channel partners. Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, Finance ops, Legal teams to influence the GTM strategy via product. Monitor metrics across the venture/product that directly/indirectly influence Product success. Consequently, define hypothesis, experiments and product iterations based on such metrics. Influence stakeholders to take bolder bets towards innovation while contributing to the P&L of venture/business through Product innovation and strategy.
WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering or similar or minimum 7 years equivalent practical experience in digital product management. 4 or more years of experience in building and leading teams. Built products for farmers in agriculture ecosystem or for non-English first, low digital literacy customer segments. You understand operational and commercial drivers, build sound business cases for tech investments, and confidently connect product decisions to measurable P&L outcomes. You can synthesize customer insights, business needs and system constraints into crisp product requirements, and guide products from discovery to launch to scale with cross-functional alignment. You have high adaptability and an execution-first mindset, knowing when to optimize, when to iterate, and when to ship fast to maintain momentum and learning velocity.
