Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Enterprise Sales Executive to spearhead enterprise growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a high-impact performer with deep industry relationships, a strong grasp of compliance-driven technology solutions, and the ability to close complex enterprise deals swiftly. This role demands strategic planning, consultative selling, and the capacity to leverage networks for rapid client acquisition particularly in the EMEA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise business opportunities across priority geographies.
  • Leverage existing strong networks to onboard clients quickly, with a focus on Middle East partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key decision-makers and C‑level executives.
  • Translate regulatory and technical complexities into tailored business solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
  • Maintain deep awareness of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales within highly regulated or technology-intensive industries.
  • Strong connections and influence in target markets, with demonstrable success in fast client onboarding.
  • Extensive networks in the MEMEA region and familiarity with market dynamics there.
  • Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Expert relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of AI-powered product development, compliance frameworks, and workflow optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and coordinate with multi-continental teams.
