As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an integral part of Wiom's growth journey, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support various strategic and operational initiatives. This role requires exceptional problem-solving, execution, and communication skills. You'll have an opportunity to solve complex business problems that will impact 500 million lives.
Product Development
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Use existing product usage to identify potential enhancements and new initiatives.
- Assist in the development of product features, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Project Management
- Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Drive projects with minimal guidance, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to execute project plans effectively.
- Help in unblocking any cross-functional teams that may be impacted by an outbound release.
Communication
- Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.
- Communicate the status and impact of outbound releases to all relevant stakeholders in an easy-to-consume format.
Data Analysis
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess product performance and user behavior.
- Draw actionable insights from data to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Define KPIs for your areas that align with business objectives.
- Actively track these KPIs pre- and post-release to validate your hypothesis and/or take corrective measures.
Root Cause Analysis
- Identify challenges and obstacles in our users' lifecycle (both external users and internal stakeholders).
- Deep dive into challenges reported, prioritizing them based on user pain, and pinpoint actual root causes that cause these challenges.
- Help identify ways to solve these root causes and outline the expected impact.
Requirements
- B. Tech or MBA from a tier 1 institute.
- 4-8 years of experience in a product role or an overall experience of 2-3 years in a data-centric role.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the startup ecosystem is good to have.
Technical And Soft Skills
- The ability to think user first is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with JIRA, SQL, Excel, MixPanel, CleverTap, Confluence, and Metabase is a must-have.
- Proven ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with product management principles and practices.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
