Global Network & Security Infrastructure Leader

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Governance

• Lead and oversee multi-tier global network operations teams (L1–L4) across regions.
• Establish governance frameworks, SLAs, operational standards, and compliance controls.
• Drive organizational change initiatives focused on automation, cloud integration, and security maturity.
• Align network and security strategy with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Act as an executive stakeholder for infrastructure risk, resilience, and performance.

Architecture & Strategy

• Define and own the

  global network architecture and roadmap

  , ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
• Design and oversee global

  WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud connectivity

  .
• Drive adoption of

  SD-WAN, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and cloud networking strategies

  .
• Ensure enterprise-wide redundancy, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Oversee advanced

  NAC policies, segmentation strategies, and Zero Trust implementations

  .

Security & Compliance

• Oversee Cisco ISE and Fortinet Security Fabric deployments.
• Ensure compliance with

  ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS

  , and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Strengthen enterprise security posture through segmentation, ZTNA, and policy-driven access controls.

Cloud & Hybrid Networking

• Define networking standards for

  AWS, Azure, and GCP

  .
• Manage

  ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, secure interconnects

  , and hybrid connectivity.
• Enable secure, scalable cloud integration aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Automation & Innovation

• Champion

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  for network provisioning.
• Standardize automation using

  Ansible, Terraform, and Python

  .
• Integrate

  NetOps with DevOps

  to enable agile, reliable deployments.
• Drive modernization through Cisco DNA Center, automation, and analytics-driven operations.

Financial & Vendor Management

• Manage

  multi-million-dollar budgets

  for global network infrastructure.
• Ensure cost optimization and measurable ROI for network investments.
• Lead vendor negotiations and enterprise agreements with

  Cisco, Fortinet, ISPs, and cloud providers

  .

Monitoring & Operations

• Oversee monitoring and assurance platforms including

  SolarWinds, PRTG, and Cisco DNA Assurance

  .
• Ensure proactive fault management, performance optimization, and service availability.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)

  , or

  Business Management

  .

Mandatory Certifications

• Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure

  (or

  CCIE Security

  for advanced security focus)

• Fortinet NSE 8

• ITIL 4 Strategic Leader

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• HashiCorp Terraform Associate

Preferred Certifications

• AWS or Azure Networking Specialty

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
