FlyingCarpet.Travel is a destination discovery and travel booking platform, currently in its early revenue stage, built by the founders of AirlinePros International—a global leader in airline sales, distribution, and marketing services. Registered in New Jersey, USA, and accredited by ARC-USA and BSP-UAE, the platform connects travelers and travel agents to unique global destinations through flights, hotels, experiences, and curated travel inspiration.

Designed as a one-stop travel hub, FlyingCarpet.Travel partners closely with airlines, tourism boards, and travel service providers to showcase lesser-explored destinations and make them more accessible to global audiences.

Our current focus markets include the USA and Africa, with planned expansion into India, Dubai, and Europe as part of the next growth phase.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Growth to lead full-funnel marketing during a key expansion phase. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for performance marketing, SEO, CRM, brand storytelling, analytics, B2B agent marketing, and team leadership.

Applicants must have prior experience working in travel/aviation.


Key Responsibilities


Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Taboola, and other U.S. digital platforms
  • Drive CRO and homepage optimization with product/UX teams to reduce bounce rates and improve conversions
  • Build and execute SEO pillars, content strategy, and destination-focused organic growth
  • Monitor and improve CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and full funnel conversion metrics
  • Manage database growth initiatives — lead magnets, email capture, partner promotions
  • Use AI-driven tools to improve personalization, segmentation, and campaign performance


Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting

  • Own GA4, GTM, and BigQuery dashboards for complete funnel visibility
  • Analyze user journeys, search behavior, and acquisition trends to drive insights
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports for the leadership team


Brand, Creative & Content Leadership

  • Shape and uphold Flying Carpet’s brand positioning, tone, and visual identity
  • Lead campaign development blending inspiration, discovery, and conversion
  • Manage social media, content calendars, newsletters, and partner communications
  • Oversee creative briefs and output from the internal design + content team
  • Support influencer partnerships, PR outreach, and co-branded campaigns


Email Marketing & CRM

  • Own both B2C and B2B email marketing calendars
  • Build and optimize campaigns for newsletters, offers, product updates, and agent engagement
  • Grow the subscriber database and improve open rate, CTR, conversions, and deliverability


B2B Agent & Partner Marketing

  • Support global B2B markets with targeted campaigns to onboard and activate travel agents
  • Develop sales enablement collateral, presentations, brochures, and agent training materials
  • Build and execute incentive-based and educational programs to drive agent revenue
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and partner teams


Events & On-Ground Activation

  • Identify and manage participation in key tourism and travel trade events
  • Build measurable ROI: leads generated, cost per lead, post-event conversions
  • Support offline activation such as pop-ups, media tie-ups, or localized brand visibility


Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a creative team; ensure high-quality, timely execution
  • Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and accountability
  • Work closely with global teams across product, tech, sales, and partnerships


0-to-1 Growth Strategy

  • Build go-to-market strategies for new regions, products, and verticals
  • Set up scalable systems, automations, and reporting frameworks
  • Rapidly test, iterate, and optimize new growth plays
  • Strengthen brand visibility in the U.S. and international markets


Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand roles in travel, e-commerce, or digital-first startups
  • Prior experience of working in travel/aviation
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable growth across paid, organic, and CRM channels
  • Expertise in GA4, GTM, SQL/BigQuery, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong command of email marketing, lifecycle strategy, and CRM journeys
  • Experience improving website UX and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Preferred: Experience with U.S. markets
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
