Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Offline Marketing Executive to assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns for traditional marketing channels such as print, events, outdoor, direct mail, and promotions. Work closely with the team to implement campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in offline spaces.


  1. Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

Offline Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor offline marketing campaigns to promote the company’s real estate projects and brand.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities such as print advertisements, brochures, hoardings, flyers, banners, and direct mailers.
  • Design and implement local marketing strategies for specific markets, targeting potential buyers and investors.
  • Manage and track the performance of offline marketing campaigns to ensure they meet company goals and ROI expectations.

Event Management:

  • Organize and manage offline events such as property exhibitions, roadshows, launch events, and promotional activations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and third-party suppliers to ensure the successful execution of events.
  • Oversee logistics, set up, and promotion of events, ensuring a positive brand experience for attendees.
  • Analyze the success of events and develop insights for improving future offline marketing activities.

Outdoor and Print Advertising:

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of outdoor advertising materials like billboards, banners, signage, and transit ads in high-traffic areas.
  • Develop and execute print advertising campaigns, including newspaper ads, magazine placements, and other publications targeting potential buyers.
  • Work with the design and creative teams to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

Brand Promotion:

  • Promote the company’s brand through various offline channels by creating awareness and visibility in targeted geographical regions.
  • Leverage local media partnerships to drive brand recognition and build relationships with community influencers, local businesses, and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure offline marketing activities align with sales objectives and lead generation targets.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new offline marketing opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Monitor competitor offline marketing strategies and industry trends to adjust the company’s marketing initiatives accordingly.
  • Provide insights into customer behavior, media preferences, and regional trends to help refine offline marketing strategies.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure offline marketing efforts support lead generation and sales conversion goals.
  • Coordinate and track offline marketing leads, ensuring that they are properly followed up and nurtured by the sales team.
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary marketing materials and support to close sales.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the offline marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report the expenses for all offline marketing initiatives and ensure adherence to budget limits.
  • Ensure the delivery of all marketing activities on time and within budget constraints.

Vendor and Agency Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, printers, and event organizers.
  • Negotiate contracts, review proposals, and ensure timely delivery of all offline marketing materials and services.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of offline campaigns and resolve any issues that arise with third-party suppliers.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of offline marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, customer acquisition, event attendance, and brand visibility.
  • Use data and insights to optimize and adjust marketing strategies to achieve better results in future campaigns.
