Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

Client centric responsibilities

  1. Be a specific point of contact for the client and the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  2. Meet with all the clients personally that have been catered by the sales team (first conduct an introductory meeting, to be followed as a mandatory step for the second meeting)
  3. Take lead in closure of sales meeting thereby assisting the clients in their decision making.
  4. Adroitly resolve the customer queries outside the purview of the sales team.
  5. Ensure all unresolved grievances of the customer are resolved on top priority.
  6. Outreach to past prospective clients which voluntarily got dropped of the sales process at an earlier stage.
  7. Consistently maintain a traction of the clients that need to be reached out at different stages of a project under construction.

Team Centric responsibilities

  1. Help the sales team in identifying new locations and Channel Partners that can be tapped into for enhancing sales.
  2. Be in consistent contact with the Key Channel Partner Accounts.
  3. Maintain seamless internal communication with the team (e.g. construction updates) in order to ensure adequate information is sensitization and is further rolled off.
  4. Assist the sales team to activate a difficult but potential Channel Partner or to re- activate a cold client lead.
  5. Monitor and track team performance and consistently work towards its enhancement.
  6. Delegate client sourcing and other associated tasks with client closures, to the team.
  7. Come up with efficient sourcing and closing strategies and apprise the team of the same.
  8. Share feedback with the Marketing team on the response received towards the campaigns from prospective clients, channel partners etc. & enable them to make on going changes in the campaign for higher efficiency.
  9. Provide market intelligence to the Business Development, Planning and Architecture Team while planning and designing of an upcoming project.
  10. Ensure that the team has all the updates with regards to changes in a project if any.
  11. Timely communicate the changes suggested by the management to channel partners, clients and the team.

Reporting and upkeep

  1. Report on sales activities to senior management/ Director Property Sales.
  2. Ensure the Site checks are conducted on daily basis.
  3. Ensure adequate checks of the experience centre is conducted on a daily basis.
  4. Ensure team etiquettes with regards to dress code, grooming is maintained at all points and take corrective action in case of a lapse.


Qualification:

  • Graduate in any Discipline


Prior Experience:

  • 5-6 years experience as in a sale’s centric role, real estate preferred.
  • 1-2 years of exposure in team management shall be preferred.


Expected Competencies/Personality Attributes:

  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills, Excellent in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability, flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients, enjoys networking and meeting new people.
