Position Overview: We are seeking a Client Solutions Expert to ideate, create, and execute compelling multi-platform campaigns that address our clients' business and brand objectives. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong collaboration with sales, creative, content, and production teams to deliver cutting-edge, audience-first marketing solutions using radio, digital, and on-ground channels. Key Responsibilities: -Client Strategy & Custom Solutions Understand client briefs, brand goals, and target audience insights. Develop innovative, customized advertising solutions that integrate on-air, digital, and experiential components. Assist sales teams in crafting impactful pitch presentations and campaign proposals. -Campaign Execution & Project Management Serve as the central coordinator between sales, creative, production, and programming for end-to-end execution. Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality output. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns mid-flight where needed. -Client Engagement & Retention Act as a strategic partner to clients post-sale, building long-term relationships through consistent value delivery. Share periodic performance reports and success stories that reinforce ROI. Drive renewals by identifying upsell opportunities and proactive solutioning. -Market Insights & Innovation Monitor media trends, audience behavior, and industry innovations—especially in the audio and entertainment sectors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-create new products, properties, and revenue opportunities. Benchmark against competitors to ensure FM Tadka remains at the forefront of client-centric solutions. Requirements: Candidates having Similar Industry Experience will be preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, media solutions, or integrated marketing (experience in radio/audio preferred). Exceptional communication, ideation, and storytelling skills. Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
