As a Client Solutions Expert at FM Tadka, you will play a vital role in creating and executing innovative multi-platform campaigns that cater to our clients" business and brand objectives. Your collaborative efforts with sales, creative, content, and production teams will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions utilizing radio, digital, and on-ground channels. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client briefs, brand goals, and target audience insights to develop customized advertising solutions integrating on-air, digital, and experiential components. - Assist sales teams in creating impactful pitch presentations and campaign proposals. - Coordinate between sales, creative, production, and programming teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, including overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. - Monitor campaign performance metrics, optimize strategies mid-flight, and provide timely insights for enhancements. - Build long-term relationships with clients post-sale, share performance reports, and identify upsell opportunities for renewals. - Stay updated on media trends, audience behavior, and industry innovations to co-create new products and revenue opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields. - 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, media solutions, or integrated marketing (experience in radio/audio preferred). - Exceptional communication, ideation, storytelling skills. - Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail and deadlines. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint/Google Slides; knowledge of media planning tools is a plus.
