Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager of Sales, based in Jaipur. The role involves leading sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Deputy General Manager will oversee the sales team, provide direction, and achieve sales targets while fostering a motivated team environment. They will also be in charge of setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring the smooth execution of general management tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and a strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Skills in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate sales teams effectively
• Background in General Management with an emphasis on performance monitoring and reporting
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
