Qualification & Skills Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field). Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting technical equipment or software systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
