  pharma packaging machine manufacturing

  capital equipment manufacturing

  companies.
• Must have

  hands-on experience in shop floor production management

  interpersonal skills

  to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Good

  managerial skills

  , with proven ability to independently handle a

  team of 25–30 workforce

• Proficient in

  ERP systems

  , with a focus on

  inventory control, job tracking

  production planning

  .
• Should be able to

  analyze and improve manufacturing lead time

  and

  production efficiency

  .
• Must be from an

  ISO-9001 certified organization

  .
• Should have knowledge of

  Lean Manufacturing

  ,

  5S

  ,

  Kaizen

  , and

  continuous improvement practices

  .
• Ability to implement and maintain

  standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  and

  process control plans

  .
• Exposure to

  preventive maintenance

  planning and basic knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Should be capable of

  resource planning
