Regional Sales Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for

  pharma capital equipment

  in North India region.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in

  pharmaceutical manufacturing companies

  and

  contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)

  .
• Develop and maintain strong customers relationships with key stakeholders, including purchase, production, and R&D teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, margins, and business growth KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product management teams for promotional campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to the leadership and product development teams.
• Lead and mentor regional sales executives, technical support, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely execution of contracts and delivery.
• Represent the company at pharma expos, conferences, and customer technical discussions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production) or Pharma; MBA in Marketing is preferred.

• 8–12 years of experience

  in

  pharma machinery/capital equipment sales

  with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Strong understanding of pharma production processes and regulatory norms (GMP, USFDA, MHRA).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across North India (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan, etc.)
