As a Community Event Coordinator at Sarvasutra, your role will involve organizing community-level events in apartment societies to engage residents with local brands. The goal is to create meaningful, small-scale events that foster connections between residents and local businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Approach apartment communities to secure permissions for conducting events. - Coordinate with the Sarvasutra team for event planning and support. - Manage on-ground execution on event day along with the Sarvasutra team. Engagement Model (First 3 Months Pilot Phase): During the initial 3-month pilot phase, the partnership will be based on a performance-based model: - No fixed monthly salary during this phase. - You will receive a commission based on the total net profit generated each month: - 15% commission if the total net profit is below 50,000. - 20% commission if the total net profit is between 50,000 and 1,00,000. - 25% commission if the total net profit exceeds 1,00,000. - All event-related costs (marketing, permissions, creatives, banners, logistics, etc.) will be covered by Sarvasutra. After the initial successful 3 months, the progress will be evaluated, and a shift to a fixed salary + incentive structure will be considered. The salary will be determined based on the scale and consistency of events managed by you. If the partnership proves successful, there is potential for you to take on the role of City Lead - Vizag in the future. This role will involve managing local teams, vendor relationships, and recurring events for Sarvasutra.,
