Your Role:

• Approach apartment communities and secure permissions to conduct events.
• Onboard stalls, brands, or local vendors who’ll pay participation fees.
• Coordinate with the Sarvasutra team for event planning and support.
• Manage on-ground execution on event day along with Sarvasutra team.

Engagement Model (First 3 Months – Pilot Phase):

performance-based model

• No fixed monthly salary during this phase.
• You’ll receive a 

  commission based on the total net profit

   generated each month.

• 15% commission

   if the total net profit is below ₹50,000.

• 20% commission

   if the total net profit is between ₹50,000 and ₹1,00,000.

• 25% commission

   if total net profit exceeds ₹1,00,000.
• All event-related costs (marketing, permissions, creatives, banners, logistics, etc.) will be handled by Sarvasutra.
