Senior Design Manager

You will lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop innovative design concepts and solutions that meet client specifications and enhance product functionality. Oversee the design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs. Review and approve design drafts, prototypes, and final presentations. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Foster a creative and collaborative team environment, encouraging idea generation and experimentation. Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
