We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager – Closing to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in converting high-potential leads into successful deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess deep sales expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in closing complex or high-value deals across B2B/B2C segments. This role will lead the final stage of the sales cycle—owning client negotiations, addressing objections, finalizing commercial terms, and guiding the deal to successful closure. You will work closely with the pre-sales, inside sales, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead nurturing to conversion. Key Responsibilities:1. Deal Closing & Revenue Ownership Take ownership of high-intent leads from mid-to-late stages and drive them to closure. Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare, negotiate, and close contracts in collaboration with legal and finance. Manage pricing discussions, payment terms, and contract negotiations. Track and report key performance metrics related to closures, revenue, and conversion rates. 2. Relationship Management Build strong rapport and trust with key decision-makers and influencers. Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person), understand their business needs, and position solutions accordingly. Handle objections and resolve any potential blockers for closure. 3. Strategic Input Provide feedback to the pre-sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality and buyer behavior trends. Collaborate with leadership to improve sales strategy, pitch decks, and pricing models. Continuously analyze win/loss data to refine closure processes. 4. Team Collaboration Mentor junior sales reps on closing strategies and client management. Coordinate with customer success and implementation teams for seamless onboarding post-closure. Actively participate in internal deal reviews and forecast meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 7+ years of experience in consultative or solution sales with at least 3 years in a closure-focused role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and decision-making ability. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
