Job Responsibilities: Lead conceptual and schematic design development for integrated interior projects Review, refine, and finalize design outputs to align with client vision, project feasibility, and execution standards. Establish and update internal design standards, guidelines, and documentation processes. Oversee a multidisciplinary team, including designers, factory teams, and site coordinators. Prepare project schedules, assign design tasks, and monitor workflows across design, production, and execution stages. Role Overview As an Interior Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of interior projects execution including planning, budgeting, resource management, and client coordination. You will supervise site activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, lead the project team, and ensure smooth handover and post-completion support. Key Responsibilities 1.Project Planning & Execution Collaborate with designers, clients, and vendors to understand project goals and requirements. Develop detailed project timelines with milestones and deadlines. Allocate manpower, materials, and tools effectively. Should understand & coordinate all the modular and manual wood work processes and operations. Delegate tasks to site supervisors, carpenters, and other sub-contractors. 2.Budget Management Prepare and oversee project budgets including materials, labor, and contingencies.
