About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution, vendor coordination, and quality control for premium residential and commercial interior projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience supervising residential(mandatory), commercial(optional) interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site labor teams, including carpenters and vendors, ensuring efficient work execution.
• Oversee complete interior execution, including:
• Modular installation and Manual wood work
• Electrical and HVAC layout implementation
• False ceiling work
• Putty and painting
• Stone and tile work
• Artwork installation
• Plumbing coordination
• Deep Cleaning and any other site coordination's.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, site plans and 3D designs accurately.
• Coordinate materials, manage site schedules, and report daily progress.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure site safety standards are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, project managers and subcontractors for smooth coordination.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and inventory checks.
• Maintain daily site attendance, progress tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge MS Office suite and basic project management tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for regular site travel.
