Job Title: Site Supervisor - Interior Designing Reports to: Project Manager/Interior Design Manager Location: Charni Road Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of interior design projects on-site. The successful candidate will ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, laborers, and other site staff to ensure timely completion of projects. 2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. 3. Manage and resolve site-related issues, including conflicts with contractors or clients. 3. Maintain accurate records of site progress, including photographs, reports, and documentation. 4. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that design intent is maintained during the construction process. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a site supervisory role, preferably in interior design or construction. 2. Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. 3. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and safety protocols. 4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other design software.
