Interiors Site Supervisor

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Site Supervisors / Project Managers for our experience center located in Kalyan Nagar (HRBR Layout), Bangalore. As a site supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless project execution and handover to the client, all while upholding our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1+ years of experience in managing residential and commercial interiors projects. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required for this position. Key responsibilities include scheduling factory and site work to ensure organized and timely execution, managing multiple vendors and teams, and coordinating on-site activities. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple sites with complete ownership, tracking all site-related activities efficiently. Other responsibilities include conducting quality checks, tracking and communicating site progress, identifying and resolving any delays or snags, as well as establishing vendor tie-ups and managing procurement processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with weekend availability, and there is also a performance bonus component. Candidates with a total work experience of 1 year are preferred for this role.
