About the Role:

Interior

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience supervising residential(mandatory), commercial(optional) interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage on-site labor teams, including carpenters and vendors, ensuring efficient work execution.
Oversee complete interior execution, including:
Modular installation and Manual wood work
Electrical and HVAC layout implementation
False ceiling work
Putty and painting
Stone and tile work
Artwork installation
Plumbing coordination
Deep Cleaning and any other site coordination's.
Read and interpret architectural drawings, site plans and 3D designs accurately.
Coordinate materials, manage site schedules, and report daily progress.
Implement quality control measures and ensure site safety standards are followed.
Communicate effectively with clients, designers, project managers and subcontractors for smooth coordination.
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and inventory checks.
Maintain daily site attendance, progress tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge MS Office suite and basic project management tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Additional Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for regular site travel.
