Senior Architect

Primary Purpose:

Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

• Concept Development: Create innovative design concepts that align with client needs and project objectives.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, landscape architects, and contractors, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress and design adjustments.
• Project Management: Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
• Site Analysis: Conduct site assessments to evaluate environmental conditions, site constraints, and opportunities for design integration.
• Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials into architectural solutions to promote environmental responsibility.

Qualification:

• Graduate in Architecture

Prior Experience:

• Minimum 8+years of experience and delivering responsibilities of Architectural role in real estate industry.

Expected Competencies/Personality Attributes

• Licensed Architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work and projects.
