Job Title: Senior Architect Experience Required: 4 - 5 years Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai Industry: Architecture and Planning Join our dynamic team at Designo Architects , a leading architectural firm known for groundbreaking designs and sustainable practices. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead exciting projects across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. Key Responsibilities: · Understand project requirements from clients. · Interpret and comply with building bylaws. · Develop conceptual and detailed architectural drawings and design statements. · Coordinate, suggest, and appoint various consultants to the project team. · Conduct meetings with clients and consultants, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) · Lead architectural design projects from concept development through to completion. · Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality designs. · Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations applicable in India. · Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve client goals. · Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and draughtsmen. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized university; Master’s degree preferred. · Experience of 4-5 years in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects. · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software. · Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in its application. · Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certifications (LEED, GRIHA, etc.). · Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders. · Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of architects and designers.
