Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both

  public and private sector projects

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  clients, developers, contractors, consultants, and government authorities

  .
• Prepare and present

  proposals, bids, and pre-qualification documents

  for architectural and urban design projects.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to align proposals with the firm’s vision and capabilities.
• Track and analyse

  market trends, tenders, and competitor activities

  to identify potential opportunities.
• Represent the firm at

  industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

  to strengthen brand presence.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of BD strategies and client servicing.
• Maintain a structured

  CRM and database of leads, prospects, and projects

  for consistent follow-ups.
• Assist management in setting and achieving

  quarterly and annual business targets

  .

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Architecture / Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Real Estate Management / Business Administration

  .
• (Candidates from reputed institutes such as NICMAR, RICS, or equivalent will be preferred.)

• Strong understanding of architecture, project management, or real estate development cycles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  ; familiarity with

  CRM tools

  is an added advantage.
• Enthusiasm for

  networking, client interaction, and brand representation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proactive, confident, and self-motivated professional with a strategic mindset.
• Strong interest in the

  architecture, design, and built environment

  sector.
• Candidates with prior exposure to

  tendering, business liaisoning, or institutional project coordination

  will have an advantage.
• Open to traveling for client meetings and business development activities.
