Job Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  Oversee civil engineering aspects of architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timelines, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.

• Site Supervision:

  Monitor construction activities to ensure strict adherence to architectural drawings, design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.

• Material Selection & Quality Surveying:

  Recommend suitable construction materials based on cost, durability, and aesthetics. Conduct

  quantity surveying

  and cost estimation for efficient budget management.

• Consultant & PMC Role:

  Act as a consultant to clients and work on

  Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

  assignments, including contractor coordination, project scheduling, and execution monitoring.

• Coordination:

  Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and MEP teams to achieve seamless integration of civil and architectural elements.

• Quality Control:

  Implement robust quality assurance procedures to deliver projects with high workmanship and safety compliance.

• Problem-Solving:

  Identify potential technical challenges on-site and provide practical engineering solutions.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate project records including drawings, specifications, contracts, and progress reports. Provide regular project updates, cost estimates, and status reports to management and clients.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure all works comply with local building codes, statutory norms, and environmental regulations.

• Innovation & Learning:

  Stay updated on the latest civil engineering technologies, sustainable building practices, and industry advancements.

Requirements:

• Education:

  B.E. in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Construction/Project Management preferred).

• Experience:

  5–10 years in civil engineering with proven experience in

  architectural projects, PMC consultancy, and quality surveying.

• Strong understanding of

  structural engineering principles

  and hands-on expertise in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro).
• Excellent knowledge of

  project planning, cost estimation, and contract management.

• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and precision.
• Familiarity with

  local building codes, municipal regulations, and approval processes.
