Senior Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead exciting projects across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. Your responsibilities will include understanding project requirements from clients, interpreting and complying with building bylaws, developing conceptual and detailed architectural drawings and design statements, coordinating various consultants to the project team, conducting meetings with clients and consultants, and leading architectural design projects from concept development through to completion. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs and ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations applicable in India. Additionally, you will manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve client goals and provide mentorship to junior architects and draughtsmen. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized university, with a Master's degree preferred. You should have 4-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software, and strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Familiarity with sustainable design principles, green building certifications, and excellent communication skills are essential. Leadership qualities to inspire and mentor a team of architects and designers will be a valuable asset.
