Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect at Designo Architects, a renowned architectural firm, you will be leading innovative projects in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding project requirements from clients. - Interpreting and complying with building bylaws. - Developing conceptual and detailed architectural drawings and design statements. - Coordinating, suggesting, and appointing various consultants to the project team. - Conducting meetings with clients and consultants, and preparing Minutes of Meetings (MOM). - Leading architectural design projects from concept development through to completion. - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs. - Ensuring compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations in India. - Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. - Providing mentorship and guidance to junior architects and draughtsmen. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Architecture (B. Arch); Masters degree preferred. - 4-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software. - Strong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in its application. - Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certifications. - Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
