Primary Purpose:


Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)

Online and Offline Campaign execution:

  • Creating a marketing deck for the strategy and execution plan
  • Support the execution of the campaign/ project across all media platforms

Campaign Management:

  • Support the execution of paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), including budget tracking and optimization.
  • Assist with campaign tracking, monitor key metrics, and prepare performance reports.
  • Analyze and adjust campaigns to optimize for higher ROI, engagement, and conversions.

SEO & SEM Support:

  • Assist in optimizing content for search engines to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Help track SEO performance and suggest improvements to content and website architecture.
  • Support in keyword research and implementing on-page SEO best practices for digital content.

Community Engagement:

  • Assist in building and maintaining online communities, engaging with followers, customers, and influencers.
  • Monitor brand mentions, track social sentiment, and respond to online reviews and feedback promptly.
  • Help identify influencers and opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to boost brand presence.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, paid ads, and conversions.
  • Help generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide insights to improve campaign strategies.
  • Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, presenting recommendations to senior management.

Email Marketing:

  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, testing, and reporting.
  • Assist in building email automation workflows and analyzing performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).

Brand Consistency & Collaboration:

  • Ensure all digital marketing activities are aligned with the brand’s messaging, values, and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure the digital marketing strategy supports overall business objectives.

Stay Updated on Real estate Trends:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in traditional and digital marketing.
  • Suggest new tactics, platforms, or tools that could improve the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.


Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing


Prior Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing role.
  • Worked on lead generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with powerpoint, excel, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and digital advertising (PPC, display ads, social ads).

  • Positive attitude and team playing ability
