Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Deputy General Manager of Sales to lead our sales initiatives within the Premium and Luxury Residential market segment in the aforementioned cities.


This position’s prime responsibility is to develop and increase the business network through channels such as architects, interior designers, project management consultants and builders. Further, understand the new projects that exist and run in the targeted locations to grab the market opportunity, increase the base of customers and thereby maximize the sales.


The person will be responsible for the entire sales of their assigned territories. They will have to manage the sales team assigned to them and assist them in achieving the business goals.


A person who is an effective communicator with excellent communication skills, in English and proficiency in Hindi and applicable local language, with a pleasant personality and is very good at building strong and long-lasting relationships with the channels would be the ideal candidate for this position.


An enthusiastic person who is passionate and motivated about sales and puts all his/her effort in achieving and meeting sales goals.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Expertise in Consultative Sales:

  • The person should have the ability to engage in consultative selling, focusing on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions rather than just pushing products or services.

2. Deep Product and Solution Knowledge:

  • The person should develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of Keus products and solutions.

3. Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Maintain a sharp focus on achieving both lead and lag indicators to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure that the team is aligned with and actively working toward the sales goals.

4. Team Management:

  • Provide clarity on the vision, purpose, roles, and goals to the sales team.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to drive the achievement of wildly important goals.
  • Prioritize individual growth through training and mentorship.
  • Recognize and reward both teams and individuals, celebrating successes, whether big or small.
  • Foster an environment of openness, transparency, trust, and support within the team.
  • Provide guidance, support and handholding to make the team members successful.

5. Systems and Processes:

  • Ensure that the team and individuals adhere to established systems and processes.
  • Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and enable the teams to perform at their best.
  • Actively collaborate with other verticals to provide input and support for improving CRM, products, solutions, and processes.

6. Architect Relationships:

  • Understand the significance of architect relationships and work on building and developing deep connections with key architects and their teams. These relationships are crucial for success.

7. Support in Sales Closure:

  • Be available to support teams and individuals in closing large sales deals. This may involve direct engagement with customers to facilitate the sales process.

8. Collaboration with Other Verticals:

  • Foster deep collaboration with various verticals, as their support is essential for sales success and overall business growth.
  • Deeply collaborate with Marketing to ensure that Marketing provides all the support required for Sales to generate leads and build architect relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure the delivery of the organization's purpose.
  • Work closely with Product and Solutions teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Engage with CRM and backend teams to enhance customer relationship management and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and Training departments to ensure that the sales team receives necessary training and support.


Overall, the Deputy General Manager of Sales plays a multifaceted role that involves setting and achieving sales targets, nurturing a high-performing team, maintaining efficient systems and processes, building key relationships, and collaborating effectively with other parts of the organization. This role is instrumental in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the business.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably with companies of high repute. Background of consultative selling to luxury buyers is a positive, but not a prerequisite.
  • Strong existing relationships with real estate developers, architects, and designers, with a track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations within the high-end real estate sector.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to achieve excellence.
