Role & responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads within the textile, apparel, and garment manufacturing ecosystem. Initiate contact with potential clients and secure appointments for the Marketing Head to conduct plant or facility visits. Conduct post-meeting follow-ups with prospective clients, capture feedback, and coordinate next-level discussions or onboarding activities. Support the Marketing Head in planning and executing end-to-end marketing activities, including campaigns, client outreach, and coordination with internal teams. Carry out market and competitor analysis to track industry trends, emerging opportunities, and customer requirements within the textile and apparel sector. Maintain accurate documentation of B2B meetings, including discussion points, client expectations, and agreed action items. Analyse collected market and client data and prepare structured reports, presentations, and summaries for internal reviews and client communication. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-ups, proposal sharing, and smooth onboarding of new clients. Maintain and update lead databases, meeting trackers, and marketing records in a systematic manner Preferred candidate profile 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, client coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the textile or garment industry . Good understanding of textile and garment manufacturing processes ; hands-on industry exposure is an added advantage. Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with production units and decision-makers. Strong follow-up and relationship management skills with attention to detail and result orientation. Analytical mindset to interpret market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentation preparation. Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Willingness to travel for client meetings, factory visits, and market research activities as required.
