About the Role:


  • We're looking for a senior marketing analyst to join our team, reporting to the lead of marketing analytics. We’re seeking someone with deep expertise in

    B2B marketing analytics

    and

    business intelligence.


Your time will be split across three core focus areas:


  • 40% Data Analysis and Validation – Ensuring data accuracy and completeness across all marketing systems.
  • 40% Data Storytelling—Turning data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • 20% Business Intelligence – Building and maintaining reporting infrastructure.


This role goes beyond dashboards—it's about turning insights into action.


Responsibilities


  • Validate and audit data across platforms—ensure accurate, consistent data across marketing automation, CRM, and attribution tools.
  • Tell stories with data – Extract meaningful metrics, synthesize insights, and make recommendations that guide marketing strategy.
  • Present performance insights—Deliver clear presentations to a variety of stakeholders, from peers to senior leaders.
  • Own reporting—Build, manage, and scale BI dashboards and reports that keep marketing and cross-functional stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Empower teams—Train colleagues to use dashboards effectively and understand the data behind them.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on analytics or BI—required for consideration.


Required Skills:


  • A talent for data storytelling—translating numbers into narratives that drive action.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL and spreadsheets (ETL experience preferred).
  • Experience consolidating marketing data from different platforms to derive insights.
  • Proven expertise in BI tools (ideally Power BI), including designing and building dashboards from scratch.


We're specifically looking for someone who can answer questions like


  • How would you describe the stages of a typical B2B sales funnel?
  • What are some common KPIs you'd look at to evaluate pipeline health?
  • Imagine the pipeline is full, but revenue targets are still not being met—what possible reasons come to mind?
  • Let's say marketing is generating a lot of MQLs, but very few are converting to SQLs—what data points would you analyze first?



Preferred Skills:


  • Background in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Experience with lead scoring or attribution modeling.
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Dreamdata, and Demandbase.
