Job Title: Senior Manager / AGM - Finance & AccountsLocation: Paonta Sahib, Himachal PradeshQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - MandatoryIndustry: Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Finance & Accounts with a robust background in financial reporting, taxation, audit management, and capital expenditure oversight. The ideal candidate must be a CA-qualified professional with proven experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong command of IND AS, GST, Income Tax, and DGFT norms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of accounts in accordance with Indian GAAP and IND AS.
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive MIS reports for management decision-making.
  • Manage all aspects of Direct & Indirect Taxation, including GST compliance, Income Tax filing, and assessments.
  • Oversee and control capital expenditure (CAPEX) tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors and manage the statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely and accurate finalization of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, manage export-related documentation, and optimize export benefits.
  • Support continuous improvement in financial processes and systems for better efficiency and control.

Key Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in IND AS, Indian GAAP, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with audit finalization, CAPEX monitoring, and MIS preparation.
  • Familiarity with DGFT norms, export incentives, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
