Roles and Responsibilities Managing and driving the sales in the assigned region and ensuring expansion in HORECA: Oversee sales activities in the region and grow the HORECA customer base. In-depth understanding of HORECA business: Have strong knowledge of how the HORECA sector works to target the right customers. Strategizing and implementing a sales management process: Create and apply a sales plan to identify key clients and focus on the most promising leads. New account acquisition & development: Find and onboard new customers and grow their business with the company. Builds business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients: Increase sales by approaching new clients and keeping strong ties with existing ones. Monitoring competition activities and pricing on a regular basis: Keep track of what competitors are doing and adjust pricing or strategy accordingly.
