Role & responsibilities Responsible for Vendor identification, new Vendor development, Vendor negotiations and overall Vendor management. Responsible for Vendor Rate Comparison, Vendor Evaluation & Development, Registration and Code Creation, Agreement Execution and timely vendor performance tracking. Responsible for Purchase order creation as per contract and follow-up of respective deliveries. Processing & Verification of invoices in accordance with Purchase order. Monitor production plans and ensure timely availability of the material/stocks. Maintain records of each purchase, as well as when each order was shipped out, and when the order was received as well as monitor warehouse inventory to re-order items before they run out/ inventory management. Leverage automation tools and ERP systems (e.g., Zoho Books, Quickbooks, Xero or D365 ) to improve accuracy and turnaround time. Reporting & Compliance What is compliance part in this role ? Prepare and present AR performance reports and dashboards to senior management. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reconciliations. Month-End & Year-End Activities Assist in month-end closing by ensuring all AR transactions are accurately recorded. Reconcile customer accounts and ensure proper revenue recognition. Qualifications: Education: - B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. - CA Inter or ICWA (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: - 5–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or O2C processes. - Proven experience with ERP systems like SAP, Zoho Books, or Oracle. - Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and financial compliance. Skills: - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
