- To be responsible for timely collection of payments as per the agreed upon timelines with each customer
- To ensure Collections SOP is followed
- To prepare monthly Collection & Outstanding report and share with the management as per the defined timelines
- Ledger account reconciliation & resolving discrepancies with customers/ team
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Collections Specialist or similar role for at least 3-4 years
- Knowledge of Zoho software
