Inventaa LED Lights is a growing Indian LED lighting manufacturer delivering reliable, energy-efficient lighting solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We work closely with distributors and project partners across South India, building long-term customer relationships through professional and transparent business practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers and distributors for payment collection
• Maintain customer ledgers and track outstanding balances
• Prepare and share outstanding statements and ageing reports
• Update receipts, collections, and adjustments in Tally
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for invoice and payment status
• Resolve customer queries related to billing, debit/credit notes
• Ensure timely closure of dues and adherence to credit terms
• Support accounts team in basic accounting and GST-related data

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience in payment collection and customer follow-up
• Good working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles
• Understanding of accounts receivable (AR) and ledger reconciliation
• Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Telugu (mandatory)
• Basic Excel knowledge for reporting and tracking
• Willingness to do office-based and field follow-ups if required

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing / trading / distribution companies
• Prior exposure to dealer / distributor collections
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
