Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and streamline eCommerce operations across platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely order fulfillment, courier coordination, inventory accuracy, and daily dispatch planning from our warehouse. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities' Order Fulfillment: Manage daily eCommerce orders from all platforms and ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch. Courier Coordination: Liaise with shipping partners for pickup scheduling, AWB generation, reverse logistics, and claims. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across channels, prevent overselling, and coordinate with the production and purchase team. ERP Entry & Reconciliation: Ensure all shipments and returns are updated accurately in the ERP system. Dispatch Planning: Plan daily loads and optimize packing lists for bulk and individual shipments. Returns Management: Track, receive, inspect, and close return/replacement orders efficiently. Platform Compliance: Ensure packaging, labelling, weight, and dimension requirements match marketplace norms. Reporting: Submit daily order tracking reports, RTO analysis, and courier performance summaries. ✅ Requirements' Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field 1–3 years experience in eCommerce logistics or warehouse operations Strong skills in Excel and ERP systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills
