About the Role: Inventaa is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to take charge of our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube presence. This role is perfect for someone who understands content, loves working with influencers, and wants to build a meaningful brand online. 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing Plan and post engaging Reels, stories, carousels, and product videos Capture and coordinate UGC, behind-the-scenes, and founder-led content Collaborate with influencers and manage creator partnerships Respond to DMs, comments, and build community engagement Track performance of posts and suggest improvements Work with designers and ad teams on creatives ✅ What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency Hands-on experience with Reels, trends, and storytelling Basic video editing Comfortable managing influencer collaborations Strong eye for design and attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and full of content ideas
