Position Overview

As a Social Media Creative Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and trend-driven content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and video teams to design posts, motion graphics, and short-form video creatives that reflect our brand identity and engage our growing digital community.

This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with ideas, understands current social media trends, and can deliver quick, creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for social media campaigns (posts, stories, reels, banners, thumbnails, etc.)
• Work on video editing, motion graphics, and short-form video storytelling (preferred if basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.
• Understand platform algorithms and trending formats to create viral content.
• Ensure brand consistency in all visuals and maintain creative quality standards.
• Adapt graphics and layouts for different digital platforms and brand campaigns.
• Support team with creative presentations, mood boards, and visual strategy.
• Manage timely delivery of creative projects and maintain organized work files.

Requirements & Skills

• Female candidates only (based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore).
• 0–2 years of experience in design, media, or creative roles — freshers are welcome.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design platforms.
• Knowledge of Reel creation, video editing apps, and trending short-form video styles.
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, marketing, and storytelling through design.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners or those ready to start within 7 days will be prioritized.

Contract & Engagement Options

• Full-time (office-based) role in Bangalore
• Freelance / project-based contracts also available for talented candidates
