Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories that align with brand objectives.
Plan and manage the monthly social media calendar.
Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
Stay updated with social trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns and content ideas.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or management.
The person should be comfortable facing camera to be a part of content over Instagram
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Willingness to work on-site from Gurgaon.
