About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our online presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms. The ideal candidate will manage both written and media content, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging storytelling, and effective audience growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms — primarily

    Instagram

    and

    YouTube

    .
  • Write engaging captions, posts, and copy aligned with brand tone and audience interests.
  • Coordinate and oversee

    media content

    (images, reels, videos, stories) in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
  • Track performance metrics and analyze engagement to optimize content strategy.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely responses to comments/messages.
  • Support other marketing activities and campaigns as needed.



Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience managing social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tools.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Willingness to work from the office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
