Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to understand and fulfill talent needs within specific timeframes and possess a strong understanding of Agile, XP, TDD, Pair Programming, Clean Code, and DevOps methodologies. Job Requirements 2-3 years of work experience in Experience in sourcing and closing exceptional talent (including passive candidates) Degree in Engineering, Business, HR, Communications, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - conveying clear and impactful messages through various channels across levels and building strong, productive relationships. Excellent analytical & time management skills. Experience working with a technology startup would be a bonus. Self-Motivated / Team Player, Ability to work in small and large groups. Job Responsibilities Strategize and create go-to-market strategies to build talent pipelines. Source potential candidates from various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, etc.) Screen resumes and interview potential candidates to determine fit. Track pipeline, priorities, and performance data. Improve employer brand and candidate experience. Build relationships with candidates during the selection process. Analyze ratios (male to female, Jr to Sr, Sr to Lead) Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
