Key Responsibilities Client & Project Management Act as the main point of contact for clients. Ensure timely delivery of all client tasks (listings, campaigns, reporting, order management). Maintain client satisfaction and retention by proactively solving issues. Team Management Supervise interns and executives handling product listings, PPC campaigns, and customer support. Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met. Conduct training sessions to improve team efficiency. Operations & Processes Build and implement SOPs for listings, PPC campaigns, and customer care. Manage workload distribution across the team.
