Operations Manager – E-commerce & Digital Marketing Agency

We provide end-to-end account management, product listings, brand store creation, campaigns, account health, and operational support.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can manage our team, oversee client projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Project Management
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of all client tasks (listings, campaigns, reporting, order management).
• Maintain client satisfaction and retention by proactively solving issues.

Team Management

• Supervise interns and executives handling product listings, PPC campaigns, and customer support.
• Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
• Conduct training sessions to improve team efficiency.

Operations & Processes

• Build and implement SOPs for listings, PPC campaigns, and customer care.
• Manage workload distribution across the team.
• Coordinate with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and team expansion.

Performance Tracking

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, campaigns, account health, and client growth.
• Monitor KPIs for both team members and client accounts.

Problem Solving

• Handle escalations from clients (campaign errors, listing issues, account health concerns).
• Liaise with Amazon/Flipkart seller support when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an E-commerce agency or Digital Marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and e-commerce operations.
• Experience in managing PPC campaigns, product listings, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
